Flat Rates

Disclaimer:

Flat rates are applicable only for the pick-up and drop-off of devices and do not include onsite service fees, parts, or software. These rates are limited to Macs and Windows laptops and desktops; they do not apply to mobile devices such as tablets or phones. In the event that data recovery or migration is not possible, clients will receive a refund of the flat rate only. Please be aware that any time spent onsite will incur additional charges and will be billed separately in full.

We reserve the right to adjust quotes based on the specific repair needs and condition of the device. Repairs involving significant damage, such as fire or liquid damage, are not covered under our flat rates and may result in additional charges. Additionally, we do not repair devices that are considered biohazardous.
